Heat oil in skillet add chicken and cook about 6 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate with tongs.

add ginger and garlic and cook about 10 seconds.

add sherry and cook until mostly evaporated, 1 - 3 minutes

Add broth and water (1 1/2 cup) and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.

Add soy sauce, chile sauce (1 teaspoon) and chard or mustard greens and cook until greens are tender, about 3 m inutes.

Return chicken to the pot and cook until heated through; 1 to 2 minutes.
