1Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x11 pan.
2Mix peanut butter and syrup in small bowl. Add eggs.
3Stir in rolled oats, coconut, and baking soda. Mix well.
4Firmly press into prepared pan using hands or back of wooden spoon.
5Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
6Let cool in pan. Cut into 15 bars once cooled. Store in an airtight container.
