1 | Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x11 pan. |
2 | Mix peanut butter and syrup in small bowl. Add eggs. |
3 | Stir in rolled oats, coconut, and baking soda. Mix well. |
4 | Firmly press into prepared pan using hands or back of wooden spoon. |
5 | Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned on top. |
6 | Let cool in pan. Cut into 15 bars once cooled. Store in an airtight container. |
