| 1 | Stir flour, splenda, baking soda and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Add cereal and mix well. | 2 | Stir in eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. (Mixture will keep up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator in a covered container at this point.) | 3 | Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Fill two-thirds full.
