I am prepping this as a concentrate for individual servings in the freezer for taking to work. The plan is to put a serving in a cup, add water and heat as I would with a canned concentrated soup. This is an approx 100 calorie 'meal' that can be adjusted to suite individual taste preferences. I am attempting to bring this as close to the macronutrient numbers as possible that are used in medifast meals.

dice the meat, brown in pan, drain. Add all other ingredients with about 2 cups water. Add chili spices to your own preference. simmer 15-20 minutes to combine flavors, cool. divide into 12 bags evenly.
