Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, red pepper, green onions, ground ginger and pineapple juice in a large mixing bowl. Make 6 equal sized patties. Grill over medium heat 6 minutes each side or until done.

Place pineapple rigs on the grill to brown slightly on each side near the end of grilling burger.

Place a slice of Swiss cheese over each patty and let melt.

Combine the mayo and teriyaki sauce; spread on the bottom half of each bun. Place a burger and pineapple ring on each bun half. Cover with the top bun.
