Heat oil and garlic in pan. Add salt pepper and chili flakes. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in artichokes, which have been drained and coarsely chopped, and spinach. Stir and cook 5-6 minutes until spinach is fully wilted. Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan. Lay a tablespoon size piece of brie on one side of crepe. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mixture. Fold crepe in half and then fold sides over to form triangle . Drizzle with honey and oil.
