In a Dutch oven over medium heat, saute garlic in coconut oil until it begins to turn color.

Add mushrooms to garlic, stirring frequently until they brown and yield up their juices.

Add zucchini--chopped into bite-size pieces--to mushroom mixture. Saute, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes.

Dissolve bouillon and curry paste in 4 cups hot water. Stir in soy sauce, and pour hot liquid into vegetable mixture.

Add orzo pasta to soup, and stir in 1 cup plain coconut milk, more or less to taste.

Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until zucchini is done to your liking. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
