Cook rice

Boil Cabbage for about 10 minutes. Rinse in cool water, separate leaves and cut out large veins

Brown ground beef - add onions, peppers, tomatoes, and rice - cook until heated through.

Remove rice mixture from heat. Lay out leaves and place 1/2 cup mixture in the center and roll up

Place rolls into 13"X 9" pan. Pour tomato sauce over rolls. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
