Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add your blueberries into the flour mixture and toss to coat

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. In a separate bowl,combine milk and the remaining 5 ingredients, mixing in the egg beaters.

Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring just enough to moisten the dry ingredients. DON''T OVERMIX!!!

Remove from pan, and allow to cool completely on cooling rack
