In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda,salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg

In a large bowl, beat the splenda, oil, egg beaters, and vanilla until blended

Add the bananas and blueberries to the liquid mixture and stir until blended

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just blended

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake until toothpick entered into the center comes out clean, about an hour and a half. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then remove from loaf pan and allow to cool completely on cooling rack, about 2 hours
