1Mix 1/4 cup of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, beaten egg and onion salt. Shape firmly into 6 patties and cook over med-high heat until brown on both sides. Spoon off fat. Mix the remaining soup and the broth, then pour over the patties. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 5 mins, then turn the patties over, continuing to simmer and turn every 5 mins for a total cook time of 20 mins. Serve with rice.
