| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. | 2 | Mix together beef, salt, spaghetti sauce, and tomatoes; set aside. In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg. | 3 | Spread 2 cups of beef sauce in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Arrange 4 noodles lengthwise in a single layer. Place 5th noodle across end of pan, breaking it to fit dish; press noodles into sauce. | 4 | Spread entire cheese mixture over noodles.
