drain one can of tuna

use 1/2 of the flour

mix first four ingredients

saute garlic and onion (or celery)

add to the other together with seasoning and mix well

adjust seasoning

form 8 patties and place on a plate with 1/4 cup of flour, sprinkle additional flour on top

spray cast iron griddle with coco oil and cook slowly until brown
