Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 5 sweetpotato, 5" long mashed cooked sweet potatoes dash salt 3/4 cup margarine 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup, chopped pecans or walnuts, optional for topping 1 cup, packed brown sugar 3 3/4 tablespoons flour Steps Sequence Step 1 Mix salt,1/4 cup margarine,vanilla and sugar into cooked and mashed sweet potatoes. Spread potatoes in casserole dish. For topping mix nuts,flour and brown sugar into rest of melted margarine. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees.
