Mix white sugar,salt and heaping flour and cinnamon then add to pumpkin. Beat the 5 eggs slightly and add to pumpkin. Add 1 and 1/2 cans of evaporated milk or 3 cups whole milk and 3 cups water and mix well. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 3 large pies or 2 large and 2 small pies. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes and 325 degrees last 5 minutes.
