Mix nuts(medium fine,food processor), margarine and flour as pie crust and pat into a 9X13 pan. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes and cool(glass pan little below 400 degrees). Soften cream cheese and beat in sugar. Mix in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Mix instant pudding with 4 and 1/2 cups of milk until thick. Spread top with Cool Whip mixture. Spread the top with the remainder of plain 9oz.Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with nuts.
