In a casserole dish add 1 cup of Frito''s. Sauté Veggies in the canola oil. Add flour and stir together. Add in beans, tomato sauce, spices. Simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes. Pour over Frito''s and bake more 25 to 30 minutes at 350.
