Preheat oven to 400; spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook noodles according to package directions; keep warm.

Cook ground meat, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned; drain.

Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.

Stir in broth; cook 10 minutes or until thick.

Stir in sour cream, ranch dressing, 1 cup cheese, and pasta; heat thoroughly.

Spoon into prepared dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
