pounds, rawchicken breast halves, boneless, skinless

Sequence Step
1Place cilantro and remaining ingredients except chicken in a zip to bag; seal bag, and shake to combine.
2Halve chicken crosswise, and pound to 1/2 inch thickness; add to bag and refrigerate 1 hour.
3Preheat grill pan to medium high heat.
4Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade.
5Grill chicken, 4 minutes per side or until done.
6Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
