Place cilantro and remaining ingredients except chicken in a zip to bag; seal bag, and shake to combine.

Halve chicken crosswise, and pound to 1/2 inch thickness; add to bag and refrigerate 1 hour.

Preheat grill pan to medium high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade.

Grill chicken, 4 minutes per side or until done.

Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
