1. Oil a 9x15 sheet pan, cover bottom with wax paper.

Melt peanut butter and butter in a large uncovered microwavable bowl or in a pan on the stove about 2 minutes.

Remove from microwave. Stir to combine. Return to microwave for another 2 minutes on high.

Remove from microwave or stove and stir in the vanilla extract.

Add the powdered sugar, (rice protein, zinc, vitamin C) and stir until evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Use a second sheet of wax paper to cover the fudge and smooth the top. Refrigerate until cool, then discard the wax paper cover and cut into pieces and serve.
