Recipe Description Heat oils in pan. Saute celery, onion, carrots, until soft. Add minced garlic and heat through till soft and fragrant. Add chopped cooked chicken, chili powder, tomatoes, broth, and cilantro. Simmer 30 min. Meanwhile cook rice noodles according to pkg directions. Do not add to soup! After cooking soup for 30 min add spinach and stir in until wilted. Divide noodles among bowls and ladle soup over noodles. Garnish with limes, and asian chili sauce!

3Add chopped chicken, chili powder, tomatoes, broth, and cilantro and simmer 30 min.
4Meanwhile cook rice noodles according to pkg directions. Do not add to soup!
