Sequence Step
1Saute onion in 1 TB chicken broth until soft.
2Add chopped chicken and brown both sides.
3Add remaining ingredients, except spinach.
4Flavor with garlic, cayenne pepper, sea salt, basil, and oregano to taste.
5Cook another 10 minutes, then add spinach.
6Cook another 5 minutes or so until spinach cooks down.
7Divide into 4 even containers. Serve with 1 piece whole grain Wasa toast.
