Turn oven to 375 degrees.
Combine the peanut butter, splenda brown sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat on medium speed with hand mixer. Add in egg just until incorporated. Set aside. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add this to the creamy mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet, lightly sprayed with Pam, 2 inches apart. Press the back of a fork flat against the cookie in one direction and then again, in the opposite direction, making a criss-cross pattern. Place a chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie. Bake 7-8 minutes.
