Mash bananas in large bowl.

Stir in oil and brown sugar

Add egg, vanilla, salt and stir until combined.

Add flour and oats until mixed, some lumps will remain.

Line 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil. Spread batter into pan.

Bake for 18-22 minutes until brown around the edges and not jiggly in the center. Cool completely. Cut into 9 bars.
