1Preheat oven to 350
2Mash bananas in large bowl.
3Stir in oil and brown sugar
4Add egg, vanilla, salt and stir until combined.
5Add flour and oats until mixed, some lumps will remain.
6Line 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil. Spread batter into pan.
7Bake for 18-22 minutes until brown around the edges and not jiggly in the center. Cool completely. Cut into 9 bars.
