Pulse cauliflower in food processor till it resembles rice.

Cook cauliflower in Microwave for 8-10 minutes

Using cheesecloth or kitchen towel, squeeze out as much water from the cauliflower as possible

add egg, cheese and spices to cauliflower and mix until a "dough" forms

cook on parchment paper for 18-20 minutes, until brown on top. Top with fav toppings and bake and additional 5 - 10 minutes.
