1bring beer to room temp. or use flat beer. add 2 1/2 cups of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast mix. It should look like pancake batter. cover and let stand 8-16 hr
2add oats, salt and soft butter stir. slowly add 2 1/2 cups of flour. nead add more flour if needed to make a smoth ball. Let rest untill doubled. punch down and shap as desired. bake in a 350f 30-40 min.
