Sequence Step
1In large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients.
2Add water and mix until shaggy mixture forms.
3Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 18 hours.
4Heat oven to 450 degrees. When at temp, place a covered cast iron pot in hot oven and heat for 30 mins.
5Meanwhile pour dough onto heavily floured board surface and shape into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let set while pot is heating.
6Remove pot from oven and drop in the dough. Cover and return to oven for 30 mins.
7After 30 mins remove lid and bake 15 mins more.
8Remove bread from oven and place on a rack for cooling!
