cupsany oats work ( I prefer organic whole oats)

tablespoonhoney, raw preferred

tablespoonpeanut butter, natural

cupchocolate chips, semi sweet, prefer dark chocolate

cup, choppedwalnuts, organic

scoopWhey Protein Powder, Vanilla , clean source brand
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mash bananas, add PB, add honey...cream and then add dry ingredients and mix well. (Protein is an add in and doesn''t have to be used but you may need a bit more oats if not)
2Spread into bar pan. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes - until top looks dry.
3Cool and cut into bars about 4" X 2".
