Move rack to center of oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Spray 2 9x5 loaf pans with non stick cooking spray.

Cream Butter and Cream Cheese together with electric mixer.

Whisk Eggs until Frothy

Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and beat until smooth, about a minute.

Add rest of ingredients, mix by hand until combined into batter.

Pour into oiled pans and place in oven.

Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
