1Move rack to center of oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Spray 2 9x5 loaf pans with non stick cooking spray.
3Cream Butter and Cream Cheese together with electric mixer.
4Whisk Eggs until Frothy
5Add eggs, vanilla, lemon juice and beat until smooth, about a minute.
6Add rest of ingredients, mix by hand until combined into batter.
7Pour into oiled pans and place in oven.
8Bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
