Sequence Step
1Put dried apricots into food processor and finely chop.
2Add 1 cup oat flour and mix in food processor.
3Add 1/2 cup soy protein powder to mixture and mix.
4Add ground flax seed and mix.
5Add ginger and sea salt and mix.
6Add honey and mix until mixture starts to chunk up.
7Roll into bite-sized balls and refrigerate.
