Boil chicken broth and milk in 16 quart pot

Lightly oil skillet and place cut up potato and onion; lightly brown them on medium to high heat throughout stir and heat of soup

Start cutting polish sausage into dice like size

Once water and milk have boiled; add parsley about half a cup, celery salt, garlic, and butter

Once butter has melted add frozen 10-12 oz bags corn, green beans, and broc.

When the water starts to boil after adding step 5; add meat to boiling veggies

Turn down heat to simmer for approx. 20-30 mins; during that time finish cooking potato and onion in skillet getting nice even brown

Drain oil off potato and onions

Add them to the soup all to simmer for another 5 mins

Turn off heat; move to different burner. Then add 2 c. swiss shredded cheese; (placing in pot simmer may cause cheese to move to bottom of pot and burn)
