In a food processor, combine the first 5 ingredients (chickpeas through yogurt). Process for 1 minute, scrap the bowl, and process for 1 more minute.

While the food processor is running, pour in the olive oil.

Check for consistency. If too thick, add 1 Tablespoon water.

Just before serving, sprinkle with smoked or regular paprika and parsley.

Optional: Add your favorite finely chopped, flavorful, fresh vegetables.
