Steps
Sequence Step
1In a food processor, combine the first 5 ingredients (chickpeas through yogurt). Process for 1 minute, scrap the bowl, and process for 1 more minute.
2While the food processor is running, pour in the olive oil.
3Check for consistency. If too thick, add 1 Tablespoon water.
4Just before serving, sprinkle with smoked or regular paprika and parsley.
5Optional: Add your favorite finely chopped, flavorful, fresh vegetables.
