melt butter add 5 TBS to brown sugar and 1/4 cup juice pour into 10 inch pan

arrange pineapple slices

beat egg white until dry not stiff reserve
mix together rest of dry ingredients

in mixer beat 3 egg yolks rest of juice and butter
it will look curdled that is fine

add in dry then fold in egg whites pour over pineapple slices
bake until toothpick clean ~hour the top will be dark brown wait ten min flip onto plate.
