Mix PB2 with 4 tbs water and set aside
Cook thin spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside
Peel and cut carrots into very thin strips. seed and cut pepper into thin strips clean and cut green onion into rounds
Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray until hot, add vegetables and cook until tender-crisp
add noodles, saue and stir until heated
