1First place the quinoa in a pot with 2 cups of water and bring to a boil
2After it boils reduce the heat and cook until the majority of the water has been evaporated
4Add quinoa to the sauce pan and cook for 2 minutes
5Add two large eggs on one side of the pan then mix it to the other side of the pan and let cook for 3 minutes or until ready
6Serve!
