Recipe Description Recipe from Southern Living Magazine I used Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese and had 3 bananas on hand.

1Preheat Oven to 350°F Spray 2 bread pans or 2 loaf pans with nonstick spray of your choice. Place all ingredients in favorite blender except only half a cup to one cup of flour at a time. Divide between each pan, cover with aluminum foil and cook 1 hour removing foil the last fifteen minutes. Cover with saran wrap. Allow to cool at least 30 to 45 minutes before cutting. Store in container or Ziploc bag.
