1.In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth. A few lumps are fine but you don''t want it to be super chunky.

2.Using a fork or whisk, beat in eggs.

3.Stir in flaxseed and cinnamon (if using)

4.Preheat a greased skillet pan on a medium heat.

5.Once hot, turn the het down to a medium/medium low setting and pour pancake batter on using about 1/4 cup-1/3 cup batter per pancake.

6.Once pancakes begin to hold it''s form (about the 5 minute mark) flip over and continue to cook another 3-5 minutes. My pancakes took a total of 8 minutes but if you are using lower heat, it might take need another minute or two.

7.Enjoy with maple syrup, honey, peanut butter ect.
