Sequence Step
1Saute first 4 ingredients until lightly caramelized. Then add vinegar, yuzu, and honey. Allow mixture to simmer slightly.Then remove mixture from the heat and allow it to steep until the mixture has cooled completely. Once cool strain out all the ingredients. Add blended oil and shake or whisk vigorously.
