Boil 1 liter water. Add some salt. Put carrots parsnip and celery. Wait till it boils for 3 min. Add sweet potatoes and cauliflower. Wait to boil for 7 min. Add frozen peas. Cook for 7-10 min. Add herbs, and turN the oven off.. Blend and serve. You may add some cracked black pepper before serving
