Beat eggs until smooth add to browned hash browns. Mix gently until almost done 2 to 3 minutes. Add green chile and low sodium seasoning. Once eggs are done divide mixture into 6 servings and place on warmed whole wheat tortillas with 2/3 oz of cheese on each. Fold up tortilla ends and roll.
