ADD GRATED CAULIFLOWER TO 1 TBSP OIL AND 1/4 TSP GARLIC, SAUTE 5-7 MINUTES. ADD ALL DICED VEGETABLES, COOK 3 MINUTES. ADD BOUILLON AND TOMATO SAUCE, STIR AND COOK UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED, APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES.
