Heat the oil in a large skillet or dutch oven. Add the onion and saute until translucent. Stir in the garlic and saute for a minute.

Add the greens, paprika, and seasoning; stir well.

Once the greens are tender, add the rice, beans, and tomatoes. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
