Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 4 medium (2-3/4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced 5 tablespoons sugar 4 teaspoons cinnamon, ground 4 large eggs 3 cups sugar 1 cup oil, canola 3 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 dash salt 1/3 cup orange juice Steps Sequence Step 1 Peel, core and slice apples 2 Mix in cinnamon and 5 Tbls of suga and set aside. 3 Mix in order given. 4 In greased and floured turkhead pan pour in 1/2 of dough and add 2/3 of apples.
