Steps
Sequence Step
1Open can of peaches and place in a strainer to drain untill ready for use. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 12 x 18 cake pan
2In mixing large mixing bowl combine: Cake mix Instant pudding mix eggs vegetable oil water mix on high speed with electric mixer. Pour into greased cake pan and bake for approx. 40 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean when insurted into center of cake.
3Cool cake in pan for approx 10 minutes then envert cake out onto board to cool completely
4Place white chocolate pieces in food processor and pulse untill chocolate is chopped up and crumbly. Place in bowl and put into the refrigorater or freezer to keep cold until needed. Take the drained sliced peaches and chopped into smaller bite size pieces. Set asside untill ready to use.
5Place large metel mixing bowl with beaters into freezer to chill untill ready to make cream.
6Remove chilled bowl from freezer and add heavy cream and sugar to desired sweetness. Beat on high speed untill whipped cream is stiff.
7using thread split cake in half forming 2 layers. Remove the top layer and set asside. Cake is now ready to fill and frost
8Fill cake with a thin layer of whipped cream approx 1/4 inch high. Apply chopped peaches on top of the whipped cream forming an even layer over the entire cake. Place top layer of cake over the peaches and use the remaning whipped cream to frost over the sides and top of cake.
9Apply the chopped white chocolate to sides and top of cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
