Add strawberries and water to a sauce pan and simmer over med heat until strawberries start to breakdown.

Using the backside of a spoon, mush strawberries until fully broken down.

if you like a chunky filling, leave as is. If you want a smooth filling, add strawberries to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.

Lay wax paper on a cookie sheet

Scoop about 1 tbsp of strawberries out and pour out on the cookie sheet so that you have a 2 inch by 1/2 inch log. Repeat to use all strawberry filling.

Put cookie sheet in freezer and freeze for 30 minutes.

Roll out cereal bar dough between wax paper until about 1/4 inch thick.

Cut a piece of dough about double the size of the filling. Place filling on one side of the dough and fold the other half over. Pinch the sides of the dough closed around the filling. You want about 1/4 inch border around the filling.
