Recipe Description This recipe is so delicious! You'll never know that the regular sugar was swapped for Truvia baking blend sweetener. Great with your coffee or tea, esp good during Halloween & thanksgiving.

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Wish flour, baking soda and salt together and then set aside. In a large mixing bowl cream together sugars and butter. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in vanilla and pumpkin spice. Gradually add in flour mixture and buttermilk alternating. Fold in pumpkin. Bake at 350 for 25 min. Check if done. Remove if done, let cupcakes cool in pan for 10 min and then remove to a cooling rack. Top with Reddi whip.
