Preheat oven to 375

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.

Combine pear and lemon juice, toss well.spoon pear mixture into 13 x 9 pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle oat mixture over pears.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
