cupwhite balsamic vinegar

Sequence Step
1Place 1/2 C balsamic vinegar in small sauce pan and turn on medium heat.
2Prepare dressing (Maple Cinnamon Miso recipe).
3Chop kale into fine pieces.
4Mass kale with 2 T of the dressing for 3 full minutes. Then let it rest for about 30 minutes.
5Balsamic should be starting to simmer, so start stirring regularly. Once it is thickening slightly, add red onion slices. Toss until balsamic thickens some more, then add the pear slices for about 1 minute.
6Top the massaged kale with red onions, pears, pomegranates, cranberries and crumbled spiced pecans. Top with more dressing or leftover balsamic glaze, to taste, per personal preference.
