Steps
Sequence Step
1Cube meat and soak in yogurt for at least 30 minutes
2Grind all vegetables, using only half of onion.
3Fry onion in oil.
4Add ground masala and fry for few minutes.
5Add meat and pressure cook for 20 minutes after whistle.
6Remove lid, add remaining yogurt.
7Add boiled potatoes and gook for a few minutes.
8Add roasted spices, last four, and cook for 5-10 minutes longer.
