1Melt butter Skin and cube squash Pour butter over squash toss with salt and pepper and whole garlic cloves Roast in oven 40 minutes @ 400 degrees Put cubes and 4 cups chicken broth in blender till purred Simmer on stove Serve with bacon garnish
